Seth began his career in real estate and finance at MLP Ventures, where he became a senior asset manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Temple University.

At LXR, he has helped build the systems and financial reporting used to oversee the partnership’s rental portfolio. Working through the everyday challenges of those properties shaped his approach to management: owners need dependable information, and residents need someone to take responsibility when a problem comes up. He brings that experience to the team’s priorities and follow-through at Triple Peak.

Before LXR, Brian served as chief operating officer of MLP Ventures. His experience spans real estate development, construction, land use, environmental remediation, finance and management. He is a graduate of Georgetown University.

At LXR, Brian oversees larger renovation work and coordinates property sales with the people involved in each transaction. That background helps him look at a property from several angles: what work it needs, how to organize that work and how decisions affect both its long-term value and the people living there. At Triple Peak, he brings that perspective to property improvements and coordination with contractors and professional partners.

Alex co-founded Western Ridge Partners and served as a managing partner. His earlier experience includes Fortress Investment Group’s Credit Funds division and investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds an economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

At LXR, Alex handles lender relationships, rental-income decisions and other portfolio finance work. He brings that experience to the choices rental owners face: how to plan expenses, evaluate property performance and fund the work a building needs. His focus at Triple Peak connects sound financial management with the repairs and upkeep that protect a property and support its residents.
