Do you manage just one or two homes?
Yes. We work with individual landlords as well as portfolio owners. Tell us where the home is and what help you need, and we will discuss the right service plan.
Can you manage houses and small apartment buildings together?
Yes. We can manage a mix of single-family homes and multifamily properties, with reporting that lets you see both individual properties and the portfolio.
Do you manage vacation rentals?
We focus on year-round residential rentals. That includes long-term rentals near the shore, but not weekly vacation rentals.
