Rentals spread across towns

Single-Family Property Management in South Jersey

Homes on different streets, different towns, one operating standard — leasing, maintenance, collections, and reporting that treat the book like a portfolio.

Local work. Institutional reporting.

A portfolio spread across towns is a logistics problem. Own the logistics.

Single-family rentals fail in the gaps between houses. One vacant Millville home, one slow vendor in Vineland, one uncollected Cherry Hill townhome, and the “portfolio” is just a folder of one-offs. Triple Peak was built to run neighborhood-scale single-family books as a system.

Every home still gets a local inspection cadence, local leasing, and local vendors. What does not vary is the definition of a complete turn, a complete file, and a complete owner report. Institutional accounting plus our owner platform — the same tooling we use on 800+ units we operate — gives you occupancy, delinquency, work orders, and cash across every address, not a story per house.

We cover single-family rentals across Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem, Atlantic, Cape May, Camden, and Burlington Counties. That includes mixed books with a few duplexes or condos. If you have outgrown self-management, or your current manager treats SFR like leftover work after the apartment community, this is the product.

Request a proposal with unit count and towns. Call (856) 259-5698. See small multifamily if your book is buildings, not houses.

Questions about this page

Do you take one or two homes, or only large SFR portfolios?

The proposal form starts at 1–10 units. Fit depends on location and scope. Send the addresses; we will say if it is a fit rather than publishing a fake minimum.

Can single-family and small multifamily sit on one contract?

Yes. Neighborhood-scale mixed books are the design point.

Do you manage single-family near the shore?

Year-round single-family rentals in Cape May and Atlantic Counties, yes. Weekly vacation homes, no.
